New Year's Eve falls on a Friday this year. If you are a bar or restaurant with an on-premises liquor license, and you wish to remain open on New Year's Eve after your stipulated Friday closing hours, you must apply to the State Liquor Authority for an All-Night Permit.
An All-Night Permit allows you to stay open and serving alcoholic beverages beyond your stipulated Friday closing hours, and even past 4 AM if you wish.
However, there are notification requirements and deadlines that must be met. You may visit the SLA website for more information.
If you want to apply for an All-Night Permit, you must act soon, as all applications must be filed by November 16th, 2021.
